Car Seat
We have to get my son another carseat for my husbands car. Do you think it is crazy to get this car seat? Should I just get something that is gender neutral? I just think this is so cute Image Attachment(s):

we have the same one for our DS but in tan..
I say go for it! the Marathon is a great carseat...I just bought a second one for DD

I love it. I want to get a nice femine one for my DD. That one would be for my car and the one that we got at the shower would be in my DH's car.

We have very gender-specific carseats for both DC. (Although not sports-themed, but DD does have pink and purple flowers). I don't see anything wrong with it.
I figured, that after a few years, by the time DS outgrew his seat, it would be at least 5 years old. I wouldn't want to use it for another DC of mine, if we had another one that much later (DD came 3 years after DS, so he is still in his seat, so it's not an issue for us at this point).
