car seat experts, is this okay to use?

seems like it goes over the car seat, but I'm not sure, anyone seen this before? Know anything about it?

I think the deal is that things going UNDER the harness (both between the baby's back and the seat or front and the straps) that r puffy/bulky r not the safest b/c in a crash they can compress and thereby cause the harness around the baby to be too loose/the baby can fall out. (I think that one u posted looks like it does go behind and under the straps)

The ones that r considered safe go above/around the front sort of like a big shower cap... I forget the brand people always mention on here...

I went with the Graco Snugride Premium, which is one of the car seat models that basically has a built in bundle me type thing around the front. The only thing I'm not crazy about is it's sorta short- but it's hard to really know without the baby here yet, so we'll see how well it serves...

From the alternate views, you can see that this goes behind baby and the straps go through the back. Anything like this is not recommended for car seats - perfectly fine for strollers though.

The Posh Pouch from Kiddopotamus goes OVER the car seat so those are considered better... that's what we'll be using.
