I registered for the Graco Snug & Ride infant seat and the Britax marathon and Britax Roundabout (all three come highly recommended in Baby Bargains). I registered for 2 convertible seats because the baby will be watched by our parents--one will always stay in my car and the other one will go between cars. I am sure after awhile everyone will have their own. Also if I only get one I can use my completion coupon on the ones I don't get at my shower.

Graco Snug Ride and Nautilus convertible car seat. I've heard WONDERFUL things about the Nautilus...and you can't go wrong with the Snug Ride.

We'll be using the same ones we bought for my DD - the Graco snug ride, which was GREAT, and then we moved DD to a convertable car seat - the Evenflo Triumph 5, which got tremendous reviews on Consumer reports, some of the highest safety ratings, but was half the price of the Britax.
