Car seat rec for a large two yr old
Asking for a friend. Her son is 36 pounds, just turned two last month and is outgrowing his Britax Roundabout. She was going to go to a booster but he's too little I told her, he needs to be in a five point harness still. What should I recommend to her and on the cheaper side, they aren't well off at all...I found her the first car seat on the buy swap sell board on here. Thanks.

my son is 33lbs and has plenty of room in the Graco MyRide 65 - goes up to 65lbs!

The Graco Nautilus is good. It goes up to 100 lbs. and should be the last car seat they need to buy, since it converts from a 5 point harness, to a belted booster, then to a backless booster seat.

My son is 36 lbs and 39+ inches and actually seems really comfortable in his Britax Roundabout (my parents have this in their car).
We also have a Britax Advocate and he's really comfortable in there also.

My 2 year old is 40 lbs & extremely comfortable in his marathon 70 but the height is at its max. I'm looking into the Britax Frontier 85 booster but its 5 point harness.

this is what I was going to suggest...so he will be able to use it for years to come
