Car seats
Hi Ladies, we are having a difficult time deciding on a car seat. I think I read a while ago that if having multiples it is beneficial to get a car seat that goes as low as 4 lbs because the possibilities of premies is higher. What are you doing and what has your experience been?
Thanks

Re: Car seats
I used Graco sungride seats when they were infants. They were not preemies, but born really small - 4lb15oz and 5lb 1oz, and lost weight in the hospital, so they were both under 5lbs when we went home, and had no problems.

Re: Car seats
We had Graco Snugride 35s. My daughter was tiny, 4lbs12oz (at 38wks!) and she passed the test and left the hospital with no problem. One thing I will say is to save the money and just get the regular Snugride. They get too heavy and cumbersome, so you won't keep them in the infant seats until they are 35lbs!
