Carb lovers diet
Has anyone ever done this? My friend has lost 40 pounds on it. I am just. Curious of other peoples opinions.

Carb lovers diet
It's not exactly like it's name proposes. It's not a diet where you can eat all the carbs you want. It refers to foods like green bananas, uncooked toasted oatmeal, legumes, whole wheat pasta etc. It also limits you to 1200 calories a day during the first week.

I know. I am on day 3 of the first week. Just wanted to see if anyone else had success. I'm satisfied with what I have been eating, and sometimes even full. I'm not in love with all the meals though.
