Cardio
What do you do, how long and often?
Me: Just starting up again. I like to walk about 30-40 minutes. Yesterday I did one hour on the eliptical.

I try to do bare minimum of 20 minutes but usually35-40

I walk about 3 miles at least 4 days a week - it usually takes me about 35 -40 minutes. Not sure if that is good or not - but that is what I do

I didn't do it all at once, I did 30 minutes on my lunch break then 30 when I got home. I'm going to Cancun in 6 weeks so I'm super motivated.

I do 20 minutes of interval training on the treadmill every other day.

An hour cardio kickboxing class 3 times a week (4 if I'm ambitious enough) - I would say there is at least 40 mins of cardio in there...

I vary. I do usually one spin class a week. I also really like the elliptical and usually do about 30 mins 2x a week on that. And then i like running on the treadmill 1x a week for 30 mins
