Cardio
How much do you have to do a week to start sculpting and toning???
What i mean is everyone says you cant jsut do arm or legg excerises you need cardio too... Thanks

I am by no means a professional, but I don't think cardio sculpts and tones. What Cardio does (at least for me) is burn the fat. So coupled with a circuit or weight routine, you will look more sculpted and toned because you're getting rid of the flab.
