I lose weight faster if i do all cardio but the end result isnt good bc its too much too soon and 1. It come back 2. i like to feel lean and toned after i shed some lbs and so weights are KEY!!!

I'm doing cardio, light weight training- focusing on my arms
I do alot of pilates type stuff for my abs
and my husband forces me to box with him- which is also good for over all conditioning

It is also good for overall times of feeling like he needs his arse kicked for something he did!!
I should start boxing with my DH.......it might help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
