Cardiologist in Nassau
Please recommend your cardiologist in Nassau that is good.

Massapequa cardiology and internal medicine. Dr I saw was great. Called me while he was on vacation, can't say enough about them. All tests, echo's, etc done on site. Ask for Dr. Blair, he is young and up to date with modern technology. If there are serious issues he is affiliated with Docs at st Francis if you need more testing or surgery.
Just wanted to add, I went to several doctors before dr Blair and got nowhere. He took my concerns seriously, he was like Dr House, Lols, very much into solving my issue anyway he could. He had me wear a heart monitor twice for 3 days at a time, read results and prescribed meds that changed my life. Haven't had an issue since.

Both absolutely fabulous doctors that treated a heart condition of mine that came up while pregnant. I recommend both.

I second Dr. Decter! I haven't been to him in a couple of years, but he treated me for a relatively minor arrhythmia issue for a few years. He's down to earth and always explains things.

I cannot recommend Dr. Greg Kaufman in Garden City enough!
His office is small and personable and quick to shedule an appointment.
I have been to some of the bigger, glossier, fancy-schmancy practices, and he has so much more going for him than they do.
Dr. Kaufman is so thorough, and very inclined to out-of-the-box thinking. (You will not find him saying, "I don't know," or essentially throwing his hands up in the air like many other doctors do.) I also saw a summary of my recent visit in a letter he had sent to my PCP. I didn't ask him to do this, and the letter was so much more than a mere formality.
Good, knowledgeble doctor with a nice manner - can't advise seeing him enough.
