Has anyone used them to find a babysitter? We are looking for one and someone recommended this site. Anyone find anyone on here?

yep, i found my sitter on there.
You'll get the most responses if you post your own "position needed" type of thing. However, you'll get a lot of answers that you have to weed through.
I live in Oyster Bay, I got a number of people saying that they lived in Coram and even further east which made me  I even had one 24 year old tell me she had 5 children and so she had plenty of experience which also made me
anyway, I found my sitter who is great. DD often declares that she is her best friend. To gain access to their phone numbers though, you have to pay the $25 membership fee, just don't forget to cancel it when you are done, because you will get charged monthly!

hofstra26 used them to find 2 children to babysit from home. If you have questions you might want to ask her!
