Dave Navarro and Dennis Rodman have a lot in common-- both are huge stars, both like to wear make-up and both men wed (and fled) from Carmen Electra.

Last night TMZ cameras caught Carmen's ex-men together, deep in conversation outside Area nightclub in Hollywood. During the talk, Dennis is seen extending his hand and motioning for Dave to hand something over. As Navarro digs into his pocket, he notices the camera and quickly moves the conversation into a more private area. No word on what the item was husband #2 was going to hand over to husband #1. Maybe Dennis was just trying to congratulate the rockstar for staying with Electra for more than 9 days.
