I can attest to this - last week my mom bought me over $100 worth of clothes (ticket prices) for $10.40 with tax! And it's cute!

Osh Kosh out at Tanger also has the same baby sale on (think they're owned by the same company) We find out the gender on Monday and my mom was going to go back - but the woman in the store said the sale is ending this weekend, I think.
Thing is with the outlets, they pretty much always have a sale on! Carters out there is great.
