So we know our labels can give rashes... but you are SOL we will not recall the products.
Great customer service! Why bother with this message if they are not going to do anything about it.

Great customer service! Why bother with this message if they are not going to do anything about it.
Read carefully - Carter's said they will issue a full refund to anyone. I agree with them however that less than 4 out of every 100,000 is insufficient to issue a recall - especially on a product a year old.
