that's because they just named him the killer then... and he has to deal with taking her back into his life. he probably would have dealt with mourning her loss more than he will be able to deal with having to still take care of her for the rest of his life.
Anyone wondering if her parents actually take her back? I can see her mother taking her back, but not GA. I want to know who the jury thinks killed her.

I know it's not right, but I feel anger and almost hate for these jurors. I just can't believe they were so quick to say she wasn't guilty of ANY of the serious crimes!!! She ADMITTED to being there when Caylee died!!!!!
No she didn't. She never got on the witness stand to testify.
Jose Baez made that claim in his opening statement. That's good enough for me. I'm no lawyer but I'm assuming her attorney can't make up a story like that for her. But again, I'm not a lawyer.

Right, like the state explained at the end - they referred to it as "CA said THROUGH COUNSEL" so since she didn't testify we have to take the lawyer's word for it.

Hmmmm if you live in Fla and someone at your job has been on jury duty since MAY . . . .yikes, I feel bad for them. Hopefully they did what was right but I bet their identities with be leaked!

i dont feel bad for them at all... let their names be leaked... they stood behind casey... they could go down with her in my opinion. i wish horrible things on them too. it sounds horrible but im ****** now...

everyone i know who says she was going to be found not guilty has been a guy or a young girl. they all think shes hot and just doing what young people do. i think they would have judged her more harshly if they werent attracted to her or perceived her as a young mom... an older mom i feel like they would have been more harsh.

Whatever Baez said is NOT evidence. The jury could not legally consider what he said as evidence.
