It bugs me that we'll never know what's going on inside that home.
Will they take her back? Will they question her? Or will they just let it go.
Her family MUST believe that she's guilty.
I truly don't believe her family was all in on it. Tha would've come out, for sure. Casey would absolutely NOT take the fall for all of them. She'd have given something away in the phone calls, etc.

I just don't get it. We all have been watching the trial. We heard the same as the jurors. It appears most of us HERE as well as the general public, agrees that she should have been convicted of murder in the 1st, if not manslaughter, based on what was presented.

Did you watch the judge give the jury instructions?
Yes. I respect you and your opinion and I know I come off as ignorant to the legal system and this whole ordeal. I recognize and realize that, and I own it. I'm not a lawyer, no legal background, I have never served on a jury. I know how I must come off -and that's why I admit I'd be terrible to ever have on jury, especially this one. I guess I just don't understand. I'm sorry. 
NO, no, no. I asked because most people find that waaay boring and don't watch.
The only thing I can say, is that those of us out here saw and heard things the jury did not. All those times the jury was sent out and the attorneys argued in front of the judge about something, gave the TV viewers info the jury didn't have.
Casey in all likelihood committed the crime, but that doesn't mean the prosecution eliminated all reasonable doubt.

Cheney Mason said on TV that she will not returning to her family home.
The family attorney released a statement from George. He said he believes the decision is fair based on the evidence presented. I take that to mean he knows she did it, and just happened to get off.
Still can't get over this. Sick sick sick.

i do not think Lee was there. No mention of him at all and did not see him walk in there or walk out.

They said he was not in the courtroom. He seems like a pretty private and emotional guy, so I am not surprised he wasn't there.

I also wish the jury took more time. That was such a fast decision for a very long and drawn out case. I am shocked that all 12 of them came to that conclusion less than 24 hours into it. It is just unbelievable.
The smiling, laughing, celebrating and champagne is extremely distasteful.
Casey will get hers, it may not jail or death penalty but I know she will get hers. It WILL come back to her.

Now that the trial is over, here is my reflection on things. . .
If I was a juror would I have found her guilty?
I dont know. I was prejudicied...by watching tv...by debating with my friends...by reading the paper...by listening to the attorneys arguing back and forth out of the presence of the jury.
This is what I do know:
Caylee died on or about June 16, 2008. Casey went out and partied for 31 days until she was tracked down by her mother. She told everyone that someone kidnapped her daughter. That person does not exist. Six months later, Caylee's remains were found in a swamp. The last person who was entrusted with her care was Casey.
What i dont know:
I dont know how Caylee died. I dont know what Casey did to bring about her death. I dont know IF anything she did caused her death.
What I think:
I dont believe she chloroformed her. My father is a biochemist. It is not easy to make chlorofrom. I dont think she put duct tape on her face and suffocated her. I never thought she purposely killed her. Maybe she choked? Maybe she did drown? Maybe she OD'd her? Whatever it was, I think she thought she could make it look like a kiddnapping and hence the duct tape.
I think that six weeks before the trial, JB called the anthony family into his office and told them that to create reasonable doubt he was going to say that GA molested her and that Caylee drowned. It was a red herring. It worked. But they know...I believe George knew the minute he smelled the car.
Through all the testimony and watching tv and seeing evidence that never got into the trial I still dont know what happened to poor little caylee. i dont blame the jurors. i dont blame the defense. I dont blame the prosecution.
I am saddened that a very sick woman who is still of child bearing age is going to be released on thursday. That she will in all likelihood never get the therapy she needs. That there is the possibility that she will marry. That in a year, everyone will forget that Caylee never had that opportunity.

That makes me sad. He did such an amazing job and is obviously a brilliant trial lawyer. I guess this case took too much out of him!!

I was able to watch the verdict at work but now I'm watching the aftermath that I DVRed. I am SICKENED by the Defense's reaction.... the tears and hugs? Seriously? All those people really, truly felt that she was innocent? And at LEAST show some sort of remorse that a child was KILLED and that was a reason that they were there in the first place. And Baez... I can't believe that DOUCHER was able to convince those morons on the jury that this sick woman had nothing to do with the brutal murder of her child.

There was no evidence. No DNA, no fingerprints. They could not charge her with murder as there is no evidence she was killed.
I would have definately gotten her on child abuse charges though.

I was disgusted by the verdict as I could see her getting off of murder 1 but I don't see how she got off the rest.....but more disgusted that I can imagine her smugly sitting there tonight thinking I fooled them all, that she really is a good actress/liar like she once said....
I am reminded of that movie Primal Fear ......wouldn't surprise me if this sick woman actually admits what happeend to someone back her in cell

Sounds that way. Especially since the alternates were not in deliberations with the 12.
