Wow, I can't believe they went till 7:00!! I read that they are going to go till at least 6:00 from now on. With all the delays I guess they're trying to catch back up.
Just read that Roy Kronk was told to be at the courthouse first thing this morning. Very interested to hear his testimony!

i am very interested in roy kronk too. I did go and listen to the three 911 calls because I thought something sounded a little off. After listening, while technically he did call three times. The first time was to report that he had seen something. The second was to follow up if anyone went out there and then the third sounds like they had contacted him and he was just calling to arrange a meeting place.
I will be interested in hearing from him and finding out what happened after police met up on him on the day of the third call. After listening, to it is totally plausable that in August 08, the police must have gotten a zillion tips and they didnt respond to the first call. Although when he called back again they did try to address the issue. What I would like addressed is why they didnt find the body on the third day.

Apparently state added two Gentiva employees to witness list. #CindyAnthony's former employer. #CaseyAnthony
maybe to refute that she was not at work that day. hmmm. this should be interesting!

Yet another witness who says how much water was in the area of the remains. I feel like almost every defense witness ends up making some kind of statement that hurts their story! Didn't they know he would say that?

Oooh Cindy's co-workers should be interesting.
I have a question. So the defense is saying Kronk moved the body. Wouldn't that be more beleiveable if they said where the body was put after she drowned? Not that they will but I am just saying there has been no explanation of what happened after George su[pposedly came around the house with the body.
What is going on now? Why did that guy plead the 5th?

this trial is starting to annoy me. its just not moving properly and i feel the defense is just throwing random things at the jury, how are they supposed to consider all of this? I also think it is pushing all of the early prosecution testimony, like caseys partying ways and such, in the very back on their minds which is not good. i cant wait to hear prosecutions closing statements.

he is pleading the fifth (although the state has now given him immunity in exchange for his testimony) because in the state of FL, it's illegal to record a conversation without the other person's permission..it's a felony in FL, so he can be arrested for doing that and obviously admitting that under oath..
Jordan taped the conversations without consent..
