Can someone explain this to me:
Even if caylee's death was an accident and she drowned in the pool - what will happen? Won't everyone still be "guilty" of something?! They didn't report in for 31 days, why wasn't 911 called, who covered it up, who was supposed to be watching her at the time etc etc etc
I just don't get how it will all pan out....

I agree with a lot of what you said Amy, up until the accident part. I think if it truly were an accident, there's no way she'd be able to refrain from showing remorse at this point. I think guilt would've overwhelmed any normal person who had an accident. She cold, hard and shows no emotion. Not normal

No need to think of that because it didn't happen..
No way will I ever believe that that poor baby drowned in the pool and this wench went out to party for 30 days. But before she did she was sure to take her daughter's dead body, wrap the nose and mouth in duct tape, draw a happy face on it, and place it in a shallow grave.. hope she rots..

she was indicted on a few (7 I think) lesser charges that she would most likely be found guilty for. she will serve time

The whole thing makes me sick. I am just trying to understand some of the points the lawyers are trying to make on both sides. I am sick to my stomach just thinking about what I would do if my daughter was missing for ten minutes, let alone 31 freakkin days.
