I agree with a lot of what you said Amy, up until the accident part. I think if it truly were an accident, there's no way she'd be able to refrain from showing remorse at this point. I think guilt would've overwhelmed any normal person who had an accident. She cold, hard and shows no emotion. Not normal
But I think this is where you see the difference between a normal individual vs. a sociopath one. She accidently killed her by being reckless, then rather than do what a normal person does, she protects herself by hiding the evidence of any wrongdoing- then separates herself completely from the situation.
I really think she believes she did nothing wrong.

As much as I can't stand JB, he's probably trying to do the best job he can...I mean look at his defendant 
I really hope she fries....and if not, someone else kill her...I know I know, some don't agree w/the death penalty but I'll lose no sleep over this

I see your point. I think I just can't wrap my head around killing your own child, whether intended or accidental and then carrying on with life for a month like nothing was wrong. I feel like *that* person did this intentionally kwim? And yes, I think she has convinced herself that she did nothing wrong here. sicko

I doubt it but it depends on how long each witness is going to take. I'm pretty sure they have 3-5 more witnesses to go and I don't know if they can squeeze that in tonight.

This s ucks! With my luck Casey will be up tomorrow and Im in my friends wedding tomorrow and won't be able to see anything ALL day!

yeah, they said they had 7 more witnesses yesterday.. I doubt they will be done today..

While I do think they NEED to put her up there, I don't think they will. It's too risky to expose her to the cross-examination, IMO. But, the judge has said that the decision is up to her, whether or not she wants to testify. So I can't see her wanting to do it.
