Casual outdoor dining and bar in port Jefferson
DH would like to have a casual summer get together with some of his guy friends. A place where they can just get together, relax, drink some drinks, and eat some appetizers.
He would also like to have some cigars so there would need to be outdoor seating. Most of his friends will be taking the Port Jeff ferry over so I figured somewhere in Port would be best.
Any recommendations?

Shafers is probably a good spot. Village Way has outdoor seating too.

Tommys, right across from the Ferry has an outdoor back patio. Great food, and beer. Or you can eat first and then walk over to the Port Jeff Brewery (kind of behind McDonalds) and have some of the craft beer.

Shafers has outdoor seating...i always enojyed the food there.
Shafers is no smoking in there outside area, i dont know about the other places/
