Cat - UTI
My middle cat Smitty, seems to be having a problem. About two months ago we found him peeing in baskets I have around the house - long story short he is doing it again. I need to bring him back to the Vet to get him squeezed and put back on Meds. He might just alway have urine tract infections - What should I do?
Besides the fur, you can't tell I have cats - they don't smell - I will not be able to deal with urine all over the house. I know it is not his fault.

Re: Cat - UTI
a UTI can be reaccuring and very bad for male cats. You have to get him started on a special diet...Special Care is actually what our Vet recomennded. Our Male cat started having this at around 9 yrs old..he had a $1200 surgery and it failed, his kidney failed at like 11 and he passed away from it. The vet said a special diet, litter thats dust free as possible..sometimes litter gets there and creates the UTI and they sell great littler these days with out all the dust and catching an issue early is key.
