Cat eye/Winged Liner
You need the right tools. I prefer a gel liner and brush rathe that liquid liner or those "marker" type of liners

Watch a bunch of youtube tutorials, use a felt tip eyeliner and PRACTICE!
I can do my right eye so fast and perfect but making them match is the hard part for me.

benefit makes a pencil that has a slanted edge for a cat eye ( I think it is a gel liner)
