Catering for 70 people?
How mucy food will I need to have a party for about 70 people?
I'm trying to compare prices of different caterers. One charges per person, another charges per tray of food, and the other says to choose 6 entrees and they will make the right amount.
It's very hard unless your comparing apples to apples...

It doesn't say how many servings. It just say 1/2 tray or full tray. The per person price includes sternos, salad, rolls, paper products, coffee & tea. I was going to try to haggle on the pp price since I already bought all the paper goods since it is a 1st birthday party.
