Catholic School teachers...
Did you apply directly to the Diocese of RVC or did you send resumes to the school itself? I have never worked for the catholic school system...thanks!

I sent to the Diocese and they sent me an invitation to some sort of open house, where there were principals from all over the island. That's how I got my job in Valley Stream.
I'm not there anymore...but working for the Catholic Schools was a great experience!

I sent my resume directly to the principals. I got a job 2 weeks after i sent them & got calls from 2 more principals a week before the school year began.

this was 10 years ago, but i sent my resume to the Diocese. Principals then contacted me. i had several interviews and a few offers, but ended up taking a job in a public school.
