Has anyone used this DVD? I just orderded if from ebay.

I'd say it's a good advanced beginner workout...very good to introduce you to the moves and displays good form.

For me, I never felt it really worked me hard enough. It depends on what you want out of it, though.

If you want more high intensity, go with Cathe Friedrich's Kick Punch & Crunch (though it's not a real kickboxing video..it's more like aerobics with kicks and punches thrown in) and Turbo Jam (which is jumpy and dancey and not the best to show form- but it does the trick!)

Check out videofitness.com for user reviews of just about any video out there!

now that I think about it, I wonder if we're talking about the same video. Is it the one with her and this guy on the cover? That's the one I had.

In my search for more kickboxing videos, I found another site that has good user reviews-

It only has videos that they sell though so you won't see reviews for Turbo Jam. It's inspired me to buy a few more that I hadn't heard of before!
