Cats & Constipation
This is my first time dealing with my cat being constipated.
I brought him to the vet and they gave him an enema. They partially bathed him and he pooped after again. Of course they didn't bathe him again.
I picked him up and he of course was a little stinky and had some leakage. Definitely not good for the carpets and furniture. I did try to clean him up the best I could.
He had drank some water and wound up throwing that up.
In any case, how long should the leakage last? And I would think that hopefully he would clean himself up by today.
Has anyone ever experienced this with their cat? How long should he "leak" for? I am so stressed from him being sick and going through this I just want him better.
Vet gave no real explanation for what caused this.
