CBEFM - worth the $$$?
Just wondering if it's worth purchasing instead of another round of FertilityFriend. Thanks!

Re: CBEFM - worth the $$$?
I think it depends on whether or not you have a pretty regular cycle and O date. If you do, i would stick to FF and maybe just get some ovulation predictor kits OTC.
If your cycles and O date aren't regular, CBEFM might be worth it. But remember that it takes a couple of months to really be accurate.
Good luck!

Re: CBEFM - worth the $$$?
I think it's worth it if you have a fairly regular cycle. I purchased one months ago, but my cycles are completely screwed up, so I don't get the full benefit from it.

I think it should be Clear Blue Fertility Monitor.
If it is - I voted yes. I used the CBFM and temped to get my BFP. It helped take the guess work out. The temping was a good verification to the monitor. The only thing I'd say is I felt as if it took a few cycles to get my cycle down (thats why I also temped).

Re: CBEFM - worth the $$$?
I used the monitor in combination with charting. Have you tried regular opk's? the only reason I tried the monitor is because i wanted to be extremely accurate and couldn't hold my urine for 4 hrs for the opk's. with the monitor you can use it with FMU. I would try regular opk's first if you haven't as they are a lot cheaper. But as far as the monitor i really liked it, it definitely took the guess work out. We still haven't gotten a BFP, but not because of the monitor not working. good luck.

I have a hard time holding it too (I drink a lot of water and pee a lot) so my OPK results have not been accurate I don't think.

That was my problem also. I didn't mind spending the money because in the long run if it was going to help me get pregnant than it was totally worth it. I have stopped using it and am now seeing an RE.
How long have you been trying? Do you think from your charting that you can pinpoint your ovulation? Is it around the same time each month?

Re: CBEFM - worth the $$$?
This is my 6th month off the pill and I charted for 3 months with a clear O date. I gave myself this month off from temping b/c we went on vacation. I'm hoping this might help things along?
