CCD teacher gift/card?
Do you do anything for the CCD teacher at the end of the year? This school thing is new to me.

CCD teacher gift/card?
I teach religion and I got a $25 gift card (way too generous), a plant, and flowers. I gave my daughter's teacher a $15 DD gift card.

I get my DS's religion teachers something during the holidays and something at the end of the year.
He is taught by 3 high school students. At the holidays I got them $10 movie gift certificates wrapped up with candy. I'll probably get them each something like a $10 Dunkin' Donuts gift card at the end of the year.
If he had one teacher (who was an adult), I'd do something in the range of $25 for end of year.
It doesn't have to be big, but I think it's a nice, appreciative gesture, given that the teacher volunteers his/her time.

I'm not planning on getting the teacher anything as of now. I've never even met the teacher. We drop the kids off at the church door.

I was wondering the same thing... my DDs CCD teacher is actually a cloistered nun, so I am not sure if a gift card would be something she would like or not. I may bake.something or perhaps some flowers or a plant.

Last year I got her teacher a $25 gc to Barnes and Noble. I'll probably do something similar this year.
