CD3 APPOINTMENT!
So i had my big appointment last night and it went great. Thanks Pennycat for all your advice and your husbands knowledge .
I am taking Femara day 5-9 coming back in exactly a week for a check and then back to back IUI's.
I have read that its better to take Femara 3-7. I went in on CD5 so I didn't really have a choice.
Does it matter if you do cd3-7 or cd5-9? Is there more sucess either way? I ovulate on my own as of what we know, so this is just an "incase" anyways.
TIA!

Re: CD3 APPOINTMENT!
i don't think it matters.
I actually did cd4-8 on femara this cycle.
When I went back on cd13 the follies weren't quite big enough yet, but at cd16 I had 3 mature follies so I was able to trigger.
good luck!

I took Femura days 5-9 and got a BFP a week ago, so I don't think it matters. Good Luck this cycle.

Re: CD3 APPOINTMENT!
Thank you! I am so new to all of this so I have a million questions. The pharmacy in brooklyn today called me and asked where I wanted me stuff delivered? And they also said my insurance didn't cover one thing and the prog supp are $60 bucks and thats with coverage!! So annoying.
I had bloodwork yesterday at my CD3 appt which was my first blood work there. They did the OAR test too. Should I be calling for any results from the bloodwork they took or was it just routine? If so, when would their results be back? I got blood taken at 4pm yesterday.
I swear I wont always have 100 questions

I'm glad I was able to help!! (or better yet.. that my DH was able to!)
As far as the femara question, I'm actually not sure because I don't ovulate on my own.. so for me.. it never mattered what CD it happened, just that it happened at all
Anyway, I can't wait to hear some good news from you!!!

Re: CD3 APPOINTMENT!
They put me on Clomid days 5-9 my first cycle just because I went there on CD3 so the timing was off. They started me on CD3-7 this month though. I think most Drs do 3-7, but 5-9 is ok too.
