ceasar salads
Is it ok to eat these? I love them so much but, if I have to, I will stop for the next 9 months.

Re: ceasar salads
You have to be VERY careful due to the Ceasar dressing since it is made with raw eggs.

Re: ceasar salads
I have been getting mine from a vegan restaurant, so dressing is egg free. I think it is a great way to get in your leafy greens.

Re: ceasar salads
As long as you don't get one made with raw, unpasteurized eggs, you're fine.
