Cellulite
I very recently lost about 10-15 pounds (do to my husband leaving me). Anyway, I have lost the weight in my tummy and thighs. But I look like I have more cellulite than ever on my thighs.
Is this normal? What do I do about it. I was feeling good about the weight loss but I look worst with all the cellulite.

Re: Cellulite
For me , the only thing that helps with cellulite is being well hydrated. So a lot of water. It lessens the appearance. Also building muscle can help
They have those creams w caffeine In them that are also supposed to lessen the appearance as well.
Sorry to hear about your relationship

Re: Cellulite
Cellulite is unfortunately a skin issue and not a weight issue. I weigh 105 pounds and have cellulite. I eat clean, weight train, etc. and still have it!
Things I have found to help lessen the appearance: Avoid sugar and caffeine Train your lower body with heavy weights (squats, deadlifts, etc.) Drink lots of water Massage your legs in the shower or dry brush your skin Great Lakes gelatin (green container)
