Cellulite cream?

I feel like the cellulite on my legs has gotten so bad. Makes me so self conscious. I know I can't get rid of it but are there any products that help minimize it?

Re: Cellulite cream?

Not really. Exercise to tone up the area will improve it. Losing fat overall since it's stored fat.
Creams don't work
A tan always makes it look better.
I use Sally Hansen air brush legs and it looks way better than when they are white and bare

My friend has the best line "if you can't tone it, tan it" lol

It's true, my legs look way better with some color. But unfortunately I don't think any of those cellulite creams work.

Cellulite cream?

I've read people swear by using a dry brush before their shower.

Re: Cellulite cream?

Look into fascia blasters. I honestly swear by it, it completely got rid of my cellulite on my legs/butt and has helped my stomach after having 4 kids. It takes time and effort, but it honestly works. There’s a book on amazon “the cellulite myth” by the maker of the product (Ashley Black) that explains why it works and is a good read but you can just join the group on Facebook to see a ton of before and afters.

This used to pop up on Facebook all the time & I've always wondered about it. How long did it take to see results? How often did you do it?

I see the same and have the same questions lol. Also do you think it has to be her particular one? I do see that Amazon has similar ones for much less money but I also know you usually get what you pay for. Thoughts?

I saw results after my first use! But real changes I’d say 30 to 60 days and I mean shocking changes! I take pictures every 30 days to send Ashley Black emails so that they can help guide me how to improve etc, I’ve only used it for 45 days and I’ve lost serious inches and so much cellulite!

I do think it has to be her specific one, many people who tried the cheap ones and then bought hers, usually post how big a difference hers made, but I never tried the other ones first. I also only have the face blaster and master blaster, the face one is my favorite! It got rid of my underneath chin lol.

ETA: I try to use it 2-3x a week, I wish I could use it more bc it actually reduces pain for me, but it is a long process to see faster results. Basically I work out in her sauna suit and then I blast with her oil and then I shower, but some people just blast in the shower ((we are a family of 6, so I don’t blast in the shower bc I’d run out of hot water with everyone showering lol)). I do think it’s a lot easier to blast in the shower bc the hot water “heats” you up like your supposed to do, even heating pads do the trick :).

How long do you go over each body part for?

1-3 mins each “section”, unless it’s my face and than I only do 30 secs to 1 min a section. I sometimes will do my entire body in 6-7 mins (there’s a motivator named Julie through Ashley Black that’s amazing and has great videos that I follow). But I usually only work on one body part a day or the 6 min fully body blast. So technically I really only spend 10-15 mins blasting, but heating up and then showering after you use the oil, just makes it seem a lot longer.

I've seen videos of people using the fascia blaster and I'm amazed there is no bruising. I feel like everyone is so rough! I bruise easily and feel like I would look like I got into brawlChat Icon

Some people do bruise, and some people look like a friggen mess full of bruises, a few are normal but the crazy stuff isn’t. I bruise very easily and I’ve only gotten a few over the 6 weeks. 2 small ones on my hip bc apparently I had a jammed hip, and I got them down my shin bc the fascia is so adhered there, so now I know to go extra light.

Some of the stuff Ashley Black does makes me nervous to even try, like the nugget piece where you poke.. I don’t see myself attempting that any time soon lol.

Do you just do it on areas of cellulite?
I am curious because you mentioned your shin.
I only have cellulite on my thighs. Would I just use it on the thighs?

You are supposed to do your entire body bc all fascia is connected. She says it runs in sheets, so basically if you only do one spot it won’t fully smooth out. So to help my upper back thighs, I do my entire leg and into my lower back/saddlebag area.

Re: Cellulite cream?

My cellulite has reduced from exercise, massaging my legs with a shower brush (it has bristles on one side and little massage fingers on the other side), and using the clarins cellulite reducing cream.

I don't know what out the 3 is doing it, or if it's all 3 combined, but it's helping. It isn't gone, but it is a lot less than it was.

Also, i have noticed that eating less salt helps reduce the appearance as well.
