Central Air - When buying a house...
How much "more" would you pay for a house that had central air in it?

If your thinking of installing it, I would! We had it installed a few years ago, best investment we made. I will never buy a house again without CAC!

ITA. 10k for a newer CAC system. Less than that if its more than 3-5 years old.

For us, central air was mandatory... we didn't pay anything extra.

Re: Central Air - When buying a house...
central air is really great but I wouldn't pass up a house I really liked if it didn't have it.
It's not a deal breaker or maker for me so I wouldn't put a premium on it.
