Certified Pre-Owned Car Lemon?
In March I purchased a Pre-Owned car. In April I brought it in with transmission issues. They "fixed " the problem and it drove well for a week or so. In May I brought it back in with the same issue. Again it worked for a few weeks and again the issue started back up again. Here we are in July and for the past month it's been having the same transmission issues.
Anyone know about Lemon Laws on pre-owned vehicles? I bought it from a dealership.

I work for a dealer. I haven't dealt with a lemon vehicle in the 10 years I'm in the industry. Its EXTREMELY difficult to prove a car a lemon. The link above is the NYS Lemon Law Bill of Rights. I can try to help further if this isn't enough info.
