CF board what are your summer plans?
So quiet in here! Anyone have great summer plans? Or just relaxing?

CF board what are your summer plans?
I just came back from a girls trip to Amelia Island. It was great! No other trips planned for summer, just lots of beach, drinking, day trips.

Went to Outer Banks in May.
We never go away for more than a long weekend during the summer.
Just filled our pool so if the temperature stops dropping to the 50s at night here, that's where we'll be lounging.

Weekends in the backyard in the pool/hot tub.
Going to Florida for the weekend later this month, someplace called
Duck Island between Miami and the keys.
5ish concerts
Waiting for my favorite band to come back to the US for Aug/Sept/Oct so will definitely have more travel plans for that.

Whatever the hell we want to do. 
DH is fasting for Ramadan, so the past few weekends have been mellow: have had friends over for late dinners, lots of hanging in the yard, gardening, catching up on some DVR'd stuff. Ramadan ends either tomorrow or Wednesday so we'll be back to proper grillin, chillin and boozin in a few days.
I might go to see Sublime on Sunday. Haven't gotten tickets - it'll be a last minute decision based on the weather and my ambition.
Other than that...a couple of concerts. Going upstate for a few days for my 35th birthday. Subway Series. Rockaways/Coney Island fun.
We also just got a new kitten! We found her sleeping on our front steps a couple of weeks ago. So that's a fun way to start the summer.

I would love to go a way for a few, but have no one to travel with and I don't want to go alone.
