Chai drinkers

I miss my Chai Lattes but I can't afford to waste the 6 points on it.

Is there a way to make Chai tea more drinkable & lower WW pts? Other than ordering it, I never made it on my own.

I just tried 2 tea bags, hot water, some skim milk & 2 sugars & Chat Icon

Re: Chai drinkers

Spices are key, I think.
I haven't made it but - You can try this recipe from allrecipes - 100 calories

I buy this:

(I know it's at Whole Foods, but not sure where else - if you can't find it in the supermarket, then you can buy it here.)

It's 60 calories for four ounces. I mix it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk - the brand is called almond breeze - because adding four ounces of that brings it to 80 calories.

Not the same as starbucks, but it does the job.

Re: Chai drinkers

I think the Lipton Spiced Chai tea bags are really good if you haven't tried them before.

Oregon Chai makes a sugar free version of their liquid concentrate that has zero calories. Just add whichever milk you prefer...Chat Icon I am drinking one now - yum!
