Chair help for work?!
I'm sitting at a desk for much of the day, like many of you I'm sure. Is there anything you've bought to help support your back or whatnot to help you? Any pics or websites I can go to where I can buy a device that works to help give some relief with sitting for hours. I do get up and stretch and walk, but lately by the end of the day my neck and back are killing me from sitting here.

I went to Brookstone and got one of their NAP pillows to put on my chair and support my back.
It helps some, but not a lot.
