chair massage
Are the 10 min chair massages safe? We are getting them at work and was wondering if it was ok to get one - i would love to have my shoulders massaged? I am 18wks

As long as they can do pre-natal massages. If they have the chair, there should be a pillow between you and the chair to support your belly. Not all massage therapists are trained in prenatal massage.

You should be OK. Just make sure you get light pressure. Nothing deep. It is prefered to be massaged by someone certified in pregnancy though.

I had one done, I think I was a little over 12 weeks. I told them I was PG and if they could just do the top of my back/neck shoulders.
