chair massage at 7 weeks?

I know we aren't supposed to get massage in first tri but what about those ten minute chair massages if I aske them to only do my neck and upper shoulders? Aching soo bad! Thoughts? Ty

I have been getting the massage at the end of a mani/pedi since the beginning - and those girls are pretty rough. I think you should be OK, but as always you may want to check with your doctor first.

I'd check with the doctor first. Even though its by your legs and your feet, I've heard that there are places in your shoulders they shouldnt touch. I dont know if at those chair massage places they are trained in prenatal massages. I have been dreaming about getting a massage lately
