Let's have a challenge - 5 ingredient fix style.
You get salt, pepper, and EVOO. And one main ingredient that must be used. There will be a side challenge for a 3 ingredient side dish.
Main Ingredient: Pork Chops (plus 4 other ingredients) Side Ingredient: Egg Noodles (plus 2 other ingredients)

Thin cut pork chops. Lightly flour. Saute in EVOO. When almost done, add black pepper, a few tablespoons of black cherry preserves (or canned cherries) and chicken stock to form a sauce.
Noodles - See pork chops.

Here's my dinner for tonight, unless someone gives me a better idea that I have all the ingredients for in the next half hour!
Ingredients: Pork Dijon mustard eggs bread crumbs Parmesan cheese
Beat the eggs together with the dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Dip the pork chops in the egg mixture and then into a mix of bread crumbs and parmesan. Fry in the oil.

Pork chops Onion Flour Chicken Stock Montreal Seasoning (I'd say my house seasoning blend - which is granulated garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, cayenne and paprika that I keep in a shaker jar - but I don't know if that's cheating.. so I'll go with Montreal and hope it tastes good!).
Noodles Butter Feta or romano cheese
Season pork with Seasoning Mix and then dredge lightly in flour. Heat olive oil in pan and then sear pork 2-3 minutes on each side.
Remove pork, add onion slices to oil and sautee about 2 minutes until soft and fragrant. Dump in some stock. Put the pork back in the pan, cover and throw it in the oven for 20 minutes. Take it out of the oven, remove pork and thicken sauce with a little flour. Correct seasoning as necessary. Serve pork with onion sauce over it.
Boil noodles and drain. In sauce put put a stick of butter and melt until it is bubbling and starts to brown - do not burn. It should smell a little nutty. Pour butter over noodles and add a palm full of feta or romano and toss to coat. Serve.
Wear sweat pants because this is a meal that will make you gain 10 lbs.
