Change in BRU/TRU return policy...
I went to the BRU/TRU in Valley Stream yesterday to return something and the clerk asked me if I had a receipt. I told her that I wouldn't dare step foot in the store for a return without one and she told me their policy had changed and that they now will accept returns without receipts. I went back today with a return, no receipt and received a merchandise credit. The clerk - a different woman from yesterday - said that they will accept returns up to a point (although she didn't delineate what that meant) and that you will get the lowest price for the item over last 30 days.
Just thought I'd let you know!

You can also return something if you used your rewards card to purchase it..

I was just going to say that. I went the other day w.out a recite and the girl said "did u use ur rewards card?" i said yes n she scanned my card n i got full price merchindise credit for the item.. :) i was happy about that.
