Changes after switching to milk
did anyone notice any changes when they switched from formula to milk. i switched brendan to soy milk about a week and a half ago and he has been pooping like crazy! he used to be borderline constipated and now sometimes he'll even go twice a day. anyone else notice this?

Yeah, Sarah had diarreah so we had to switch really slowly to get her body used to milk. We had to do 1 oz. milk to 7 oz. formula and then when her BMs were normal again we did 2 oz. milk to 6 oz formula and so on. It took about 2 months to get her completely on milk.

I am doing it this way with Lauren now, just to be safe. She tolerated the formula well, but this is how I want to go.

we switched DS to soy milk almost three weeks ago and he is pooping like crazy...like 5-6 times a day..he used to go 3-4, and the poop is awful smelling! I spoke to some other moms and they all say this is a "transition" period and it will get better! I sure hope so!
