Changing table idea for Mom's with little space!
How cool is this. It is a changing table that is built into the wall!! I am thinking about asking DH to do it!

that's really cute, but I would be slightly worried about the strength. Think we're just going to end up changing the baby on the bed or on the floor - not the end of the world!

We just took a dresser we weren't using and put the changing pad on top and made it the baby's dresser. We're in a one bedroom so the dresser/changing table is in the back corner of our living room (we have a pretty large living room so we made the back of it all baby space).

I agree with the other posted about strength. Once baby hits like about 8 months they flop around a ton too and fight being changed, so I would get nervous about that!

I only really used changing table the first month or two with dd.. then it was just easier to change on floor, couch, bed etc.

If something is bolted into the wall, into a stud, the correct way - I could jump on it and it's not going anywhere !!! -
You just have to be sure who ever installs it knows what they're doing - I think it's a good idea ........If you need a changing table.
Most people tell me they end up using the floor, couch, table, bed - whatever is easiest ...........
