I used Fairy Tales and had elmo and cookie monster come to my ds 1st birthday and it was $300.00 for both for an hour. (But they do a ton of stuff with the kids, it is well worth it)

We used Twinkletown Entertainment. We had Kimbo the Clown for 45 minutes, then Elmo for 15 minutes. Both were great! It was $210.
