charting?
I'm real confused .... I just got a call from my doctor and was told that my LH level doubled which is a sign for PCOS (which my sister has).
So now...I was thinking about charting to increase my chances while I'm getting my period just in case things changes in the future.
Can someone explain to me how to do this, when I should start and any other info that can be given.
thanks and to alll!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: charting?
Start on your 1st day of bleeding(CD1)-I would suggest the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler or you can get instructions and a chart by doing a google search. The biggest thing is being able to analyze the info which is why I recommend the book

I use fertilityfriend.com. There are instructions on the website! Good Luck and baby dust!
