Charting and Reading Temps
I only did this once in my life and it was for 1 month when I went to the fertility specialist so I really didnt get to familiar with it..
I know I would need a BBT.. I know I need to take my temp everymorning.. the same time every morning.. before I get out of bed... Ok, so I write the #down... What I dont remember is what happens to show Im about to O.. the temp goes up or down? And what im looking for is that its somewhat consistent every month? Dont I want to try the day BEFORE i O? and also the day of? TIA

Re: Charting and Reading Temps
You see a dip or drop in your temp. Then it should rise above your coverline to show you are in the 2 ww. Baby DUst to you!!!

Re: Charting and Reading Temps
I recommend the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler, she explains a lot about temping/charting in there.
Also if you use fertility friend...it's a great way to chart your temps and see patterns.
