charting question
ok, so i just started this charting stuff and as usual i'm confused. When your temperature peaks, that means you have ovulated and that you should have been BD'ing the days before then? is that right?
i keep reading the articles and i can never get it straight.

yes. Your temp will spike up AFTER your egg has been released. Once your temp spikes its normally too late to get quality baby makin's love in.
