charting question
i've been reading my tcoyf book and reading up on charting. I know that you are supposed to record your 6 temps after AF and then to draw that cover line..
For me, AF usually lasts about 8 days, with the last 2 or 3 days being pretty light.. so after that 8th day is that when i'd have to take note of the 6 days? All the examples in the book showed AF to be 5 days!

I found that actually writing the info down on a chart was a bit confusing. You should use fertilityfriend.com. This way all you do is put your temp and personal info in there and the program does all the work! Good luck!
