charting ?'s
Ive been charting for about 2 weeks now and my temps are 93-94 but when I look at the sample charts on Fertilityfriend the avg temps are 97. It also said that on the site somewhere.
Am I Doing something wrong or maybe I need a new thermometer?
Also should I be adjusting for different times. Ive been taking between 7-8 am but not always the same exact time everyday. How much difference does the few minutes difference make?

93 or 94 degrees ????? What kind of thermometer are you using ??? You need a basal body thermometer. Sounds like yours is broken. I have never heard of temps that low in the human body.

Yes it is a BBT that I am using - I am going to try to change the batteries in it. The only other I could find online is that if I have lower than 97 temps it could be a thryoid issue...I am awaiting a call back from my OB
