Charting Temperatures
Hi everyone!!
I think that I may want to start charting but I dont know how to do it. I just got my period today so when do I start taking my temperature? Do I have to have a regular cycle to do it? I just stopped the pill and my period was a little off this month.
Any info would be great!!!

Re: Charting Temperatures
You can start charting tomorrow am :) All you need is a basal body thermometer. I believe fertility friend is initially free for charting, so you may want to sign up with them. www.fertilityfriend.com. I pay for a membership but I don't believe it's necessary in the beginning to do that.
Basically you set a time that you will wake up every AM. So if you wake up at 6 am every morning, you keep that waking time consistent. Keep the thermometer by your bed, and without getting up to go to the bathroom, first take your temp. Enter the temp in fertility friend and it will make a graph for you.
If you cycles are not regular that's even more reason to temp. You will learn a lot about your body from doing so.
Baby Dust, if you need any help along the way, feel free to FM

Great info there, free trial for a program that helps you...I bought it (I think $30) and it's wonderful!
